Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds for the purpose of altering a person’s mood, cognitive function or health.
When I am feeling sluggish (instead of reaching for a cup of caffeine):

When I am feeling sluggish (instead of reaching for a cup of caffeine):
- I take a few deep breaths through my nose and down into my belly, exhaling slowly.
- Then I take a few whiffs of any of the following Essential Oils.
- Eucalyptus
- Peppermint
- Rosemary
- Fir or Pine
