I personally use dōTERRA essential oils. I use them in me (ingest them), on me (slathered all over me), and around me (diffusers in every room) every single day and would absolutely LOVE for you to begin to as well. Just be sure to use high quality, therapeutic grade essential oils, not the ones you find online or at health food stores – they are not the same and usually have been mixed with carriers and other not so healthy things.

Natural Window Cleaner Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup distilled water
1 cup vodka
8 drops of any citrus oil of your choice (you can use Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Wild Orange, or a combination)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a spray bottle.
- Spray your windows or mirrors and wipe away grime and dust with natural or all white paper towels or black and white newspapers.
